The best time to visit the Tulip Garden is during the spring season, between the end of March and early April. The garden is open for only about three to four weeks each year, depending on the weather. This is when the tulips bloom fully and the whole garden turns into a sea of colour. Mornings and late afternoons are the best times to visit if you want to enjoy cool weather and soft sunlight for photos. Weekdays are better than weekends if you prefer a quieter experience. Since this is a popular spot, it can get crowded, so coming early in the day is a good idea.
