Shree Hanuman Temple, Jakhu, is a revered Hindu temple located atop Jakhu Hill, the highest point in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Dedicated to Lord Hanuman, the temple is famous for its towering 108-feet statue of the deity, visible from various parts of the city. Surrounded by dense deodar forests, the temple offers panoramic views of the Shivalik ranges. It holds deep religious significance and attracts devotees and tourists alike. A scenic trek or ropeway ride leads visitors to the temple, where numerous monkeys roam the area. The peaceful ambiance and spiritual aura make it a must-visit landmark in Shimla.
