About Shahdag Mountain Resort

Shahdag Mountain Resort, located in Azerbaijan's Greater Caucasus range near Gusar, is the country's first and largest ski resort, inaugurated in 2012. Situated at elevations ranging from 1,435 to 2,552 meters, it offers a diverse array of winter and summer activities. In winter, visitors can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and the unique alpine coaster—an exhilarating 2.6 km ride through the mountains. Summer activities include hiking, zip-lining, mountain biking, and paragliding. The resort features five hotels, including the luxurious Pik Palace and Park Chalet, and boasts over 30 kilometers of ski slopes serviced by 20 lifts. With its blend of adventure and relaxation, Shahdag Mountain Resort is a premier destination for nature enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike.
