About Bouddhanath Stupa

Bouddhanath Stupa, located in Kathmandu, Nepal, is one of the largest and most significant Buddhist stupas in the world. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it stands as a symbol of peace, wisdom, and enlightenment. Believed to date back to the 14th century, the stupa features a massive white dome topped with a golden spire and the all-seeing eyes of the Buddha, watching in all directions. It is an important pilgrimage site for Tibetan Buddhists and a vibrant cultural hub, surrounded by monasteries, prayer wheels, and shops. The serene ambiance and spiritual significance make it a must-visit destination in Nepal.
